ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Technical Writer who will help bring Continent Digital product documentation into a clear, tidy and useful form.
You will describe internal services, user instructions, APIs, regulations, platform workflows and support-team materials. It is important to be able to talk to developers and managers, extract the essence and turn it into documents people actually use.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- 01.Preparation of user and internal technical documentation
- 02.Description of APIs, integrations and business processes
- 03.Creation of instructions for administrators, operators and users
- 04.Maintaining the knowledge base and updating existing materials
- 05.Structuring information across products and services
- 06.Work with developers, QA, managers and support
- 07.Editing interface text, hints, notifications and help materials
- 08.Preparation of release notes and change descriptions
REQUIREMENTS
- →1+ year of experience as a technical writer, IT documentation editor or analyst
- →Ability to write clearly, structurally and without bureaucratic language
- →Understanding of basic principles of web applications and APIs
- →Experience with Markdown, Confluence, Notion, GitBook or similar tools
- →Ability to understand the product independently and ask the right questions
- →Excellent written Russian
- →Experience documenting REST APIs, Swagger / OpenAPI or Postman will be a plus
