Revised 10 March 2026

This User Agreement (the "Agreement") governs relations between the owner, administrator, and operator of the "Continent" website (the "Operator") and any natural person, sole proprietor, or representative of a legal entity who uses the website, its sections, services, forms, Personal Account, Shop, and other digital functionality (the "User").

This Agreement applies to all sections of the Website, including, without limitation, construction, IT, tourism, articles, project examples, vacancies, contact forms, technical support, Personal Account, product catalogue, and Shop, as well as new sections and services unless separate specific conditions are established for them.

By using the Website, browsing pages, registering, submitting enquiries, placing orders, applying for jobs, publishing information, following links or buttons to other websites or services, making payments, or otherwise interacting with Website functionality, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted this Agreement in full without reservations or exceptions.

01

General Provisions

1.1. The Website is an online information and services platform that may publish information about services, works, projects, completed projects, articles, vacancies, goods, special offers, contact forms, applications, and other content and functionality intended for interaction with Users.

1.2. This Agreement is binding on all Users from the moment they begin using the Website. A User who disagrees with any provision of this Agreement must immediately stop using the Website.

1.3. This Agreement governs the use of the Website and digital platform specifically. The processing of personal data is governed separately by the Personal Data Processing Policy. The sale of goods, performance of works, provision of services, reservations, delivery, returns, payment, and warranties may also be governed by a separate public offer, individual contract, product page, invoice, order, work order, booking confirmation, specification, or other special terms. Where booking, payment, service ordering, or another activity occurs on a third-party website or service, subsequent relations are governed by that third party's documents and terms.

1.4. Where a special document published on the Website or sent to a User establishes specific terms for a service, order, product, booking, vacancy, or section, those terms prevail over the general provisions of this Agreement to the relevant extent.

1.5. Terms such as "shop," "catalogue," "storefront," "order," "support," "personal account," "vacancies," and similar labels used on the Website refer to the actual functionality available in the relevant section when the Website is used.

02

Terms and Definitions

2.1. Website means the collection of software, databases, designs, graphics, interfaces, texts, images, videos, product pages, forms, APIs, domain names, and other intellectual property accessible via the Operator's domain name and associated subdomains.

2.2. Operator means the person or entity owning, administering, maintaining and/or lawfully using the Website and ensuring its operation, development, moderation, and support.

2.3. User means any person who visits the Website, views materials, submits enquiries, registers an account, uses a personal account, places an order, applies for a vacancy or service, or interacts with the catalogue or any other Website functionality.

2.4. Personal Account means the restricted area of the Website accessible after registration and/or authentication, where a User may view or edit certain personal information, manage access to selected functions, track statuses, and use other available features.

2.5. Content means any texts, articles, reviews, project examples, vacancies, images, before-and-after photographs, videos, product pages, service descriptions, prices, tables, logos, design elements, User messages, comments, files, and other material published on the Website.

2.6. Shop means the Website section which may contain goods, sale offers, special offers, product pages, seller information, and details of ordering, payment, delivery, returns, and warranty conditions.

2.7. User Content means information independently supplied by a User through the Website, including names, contact details, support messages, CVs, files, job applications, reviews, comments, attachments, company or payment details, addresses, preferences, and other information.

2.8. Acceptance means any action by which a User indicates acceptance of this Agreement, including actually using the Website, registering, ticking a consent box, pressing "Register," "Send," "Pay," "Order," "Continue," "Confirm," or similar buttons, or taking other equivalent actions.

03

Legal Capacity, Age, and Confirmation of Consent

3.1. The User confirms that they have the legal capacity, capacity to act, and authority needed to accept this Agreement, use the Website, submit applications, orders, enquiries, and job applications, and carry out other legally significant actions.

3.2. A User acting on behalf of a legal entity, sole proprietor, or another person confirms that they possess all necessary authority to use the Website and assume obligations on behalf of that person or entity.

3.3. Unless expressly permitted by applicable law, Users lacking full legal capacity may use the Website only with the consent of, and under the responsibility of, their legal representative.

3.4. Where registration or submission of data through the Website requires ticking a box to agree to this Agreement and/or the Personal Data Processing Policy, that action constitutes proper confirmation of the User's intent.

3.5. The Operator may use technical and organizational means to record acceptance of this Agreement, including document version, date and time of acceptance, IP address, device identifiers, user-agent, system logs, and other evidence permissible by law.

04

Website Functionality and Permitted Uses

4.1. The following may be available either without registration or after registration: viewing pages, articles, project examples, vacancies, product pages and service descriptions; submitting enquiries via contact forms; applying for vacancies; registering, signing in, and using a personal account; selecting goods, placing orders, and using other services available through the Website's current interface.

4.2. The Operator determines the range of Website functions at its discretion and may change them without prior agreement with the User. Certain functions may be unavailable in particular countries, to certain categories of Users, or during particular periods.

4.3. The Operator may at any time add new sections, services, functions, product categories, vacancies, filters, forms, payment solutions, analytics tools, communication methods, action-confirmation methods, rating and review mechanisms, and may restrict or terminate any functionality.

4.4. The Website may only be used lawfully and in compliance with this Agreement, applicable law, its intended purpose, and good-faith business practices.

4.5. The Operator does not guarantee that any service, product, vacancy, feature, integration, or section described on the Website will be available around the clock, continuously, worldwide, or without change.

05

Registration, Authentication, and Personal Accounts

5.1. Access to certain Website functions may require account registration. On registration, the User must provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information requested by the Website interface.

5.2. The Operator may confirm registration and verify a User's contact details by email, verification code or link, service message, or other lawful methods.

5.3. Users undertake not to create accounts in someone else's name, use others' data without a lawful basis, or provide third parties access to their accounts; Users must immediately notify the Operator of any unauthorized access or compromise of usernames, passwords, verification codes, or other authentication credentials.

5.4. Users assume the risks arising from disclosure of their login credentials, access to their email, phone, device, browser, saved sessions, authentication tokens, and failure to secure their own equipment adequately.

5.5. The Operator may request additional verification of identity, ownership of an email address or telephone number, representative authority, or other information where necessary for security, legal compliance, Website protection, fraud prevention, access restoration, or performance of a contract.

5.6. Users may change only those profile details that the Personal Account interface expressly allows them to edit. The Operator need not permit self-service changes to all information and may retain a change history to the extent allowed by law.

5.7. The Operator may temporarily suspend, limit, or terminate access to an account if there are grounds to suspect breach of this Agreement, law, or third-party rights; a security threat; a binding request by an authorized authority; or a technical necessity.

06

User Obligations and Warranties

6.1. Users undertake to use the Website in good faith and refrain from actions that could harm the Operator, other Users, sellers, partners, job applicants, candidates, employers, contractors, rights holders, or any other persons.

6.2. Users warrant that all information, documents, files, messages, attachments, questionnaires, applications, job applications, CVs, banking or company details, and other data supplied through the Website are accurate, up-to-date, lawfully obtained, and lawfully used.

6.3. Users must not publish or transmit unlawful, defamatory, insulting, extremist, fraudulent, spam, malicious code, viruses, phishing links, misleading advertisements, or any other prohibited content through the Website.

6.4. Users must not employ automated scripts, bots, scrapers, emulators, restriction-bypassing tools, mass data collection tools, password-guessing tools, reverse engineering, unauthorized API access, or any other technologies that interfere with normal Website operation.

6.5. Users must respect intellectual property rights and must not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, publish, broadcast, sell, license, or otherwise use Website Content beyond what is expressly permitted by this Agreement or law.

6.6. When using the vacancies, services, project examples, or Shop sections, Users must carefully review all material terms, including description, price, deadlines, availability, specifications, return and payment terms, specific restrictions, and information about the seller, contractor, or employer.

07

Rights of the Operator

7.1. The Operator may determine the Website's architecture, content, design, operating logic, sections, functions, access privileges, usage scenarios, and methods of providing individual services at its sole discretion.

7.2. The Operator may moderate, edit, relocate, hide, restrict, suspend, or delete any content, materials, vacancies, product pages, enquiries, applications, or other data if it considers this necessary to comply with law, protect third-party rights, maintain service quality, correct errors, or prevent abuse.

7.3. The Operator may limit numbers of messages, applications, job applications, support requests, files, comments, orders, and registrations, and use antispam and antifraud controls, CAPTCHAs, honeypots, rate limiting, and manual or automated review of User activity.

7.4. The Operator may send Users service notifications relating to registration, security, confirmation of actions, personal accounts, orders, payment, delivery, vacancies, enquiries, document changes, and other User activities on the Website. Advertising and other optional communications are sent only with the User's consent when Russian law requires such consent.

7.5. The Operator may engage third parties for hosting, mailings, analytics, technical support, delivery, payment acquiring, recruitment, customer service, and other functions needed to operate the Website and perform obligations.

08

Information, Articles, Project Examples, and Vacancies

8.1. Unless expressly stated otherwise in a particular item, material published as articles, reviews, project examples, project descriptions, before-and-after photographs, analytics, comments, reference material, or other informational publications is provided for general information only.

8.2. The Operator may edit, update, archive, hide, or delete articles, project examples, vacancies, and other material at its discretion. Publication on the Website does not oblige the Operator to keep the material up to date for any minimum period.

8.3. The vacancies section may contain job titles, fields, seniority levels, employment formats, requirements, city, country, archival status, and other details. Publishing a vacancy does not oblige the employer to enter an employment or civil-law contract with every User who applies.

8.4. By submitting a job application, CV, cover letter, portfolio link, file, or other information, the User confirms their right to supply it, assumes responsibility for its legality, and understands that it may be reviewed by the Operator, employer, recruitment contractor, or another authorized person for recruitment purposes.

8.5. Reviews, project results, and visual materials may illustrate prior experience but do not guarantee identical future results. Any deadlines, metrics, outcomes, and forecasts must be assessed in the context of the specific situation.

09

Shop, Catalogue, and Placing Orders

9.1. Publication of product information on the Website does not itself guarantee actual stock availability, immediate dispatch, or that the stated terms will remain unchanged until the User places an order. Once an order has been placed, the parties' relations are governed by the Public Offer, information presented to the User during checkout, and applicable Russian Federation law.

9.2. Before placing an order, the User must review the product description, specifications, price, payment and delivery conditions, return and warranty terms, offer validity period, geographical sales restrictions, and information about the seller.

9.3. Where a third-party seller is identified on a product page, during checkout, in an order confirmation, or elsewhere on the Website, the sale contract is entered into directly between the User and that seller. As a general rule, that seller is responsible for the goods, their conformity with the description, completeness, quality, safety, warranties, handover, returns, and other seller obligations, unless Russian law, the Public Offer, or specific order terms expressly provide otherwise. The Operator may provide information and technical support for orders, facilitate interaction between User and seller, and accept and process payments, enquiries, and returns where provided by the Public Offer and the actual settlement arrangement.

9.4. Where a particular product page, checkout process, or special offer expressly identifies the Operator as the seller, the Operator sells those goods in its own name. Such sales are governed by the published terms for the goods, the relevant order terms, receipts and other settlement documents, and Russian Federation law.

9.5. Subject to mandatory legal requirements, the Operator and/or seller may clarify order contents, confirm stock, change the method of performance, suggest substitutions, split deliveries, or decline to fulfil orders because of stock shortages, technical errors, signs of abuse, inability to deliver, or other justified circumstances.

9.6. Payment for goods and services may be made through built-in or external payment services, acquiring, bank transfer, invoicing, payment links, cash on delivery, or other available means. The Operator is not responsible for failures, delays, or errors of third-party payment systems beyond its control.

9.7. When using the shopping cart, ordering, or paying, the User must check all entered information before confirming the action. By confirming an order, the User confirms the accuracy of the supplied information, delivery address, selected options, contact details, and order contents.

9.8. Delivery, collection, and order fulfilment periods are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise in a confirmed order, individual contract, invoice, or other binding document.

9.9. Returns, order cancellations, exchanges, refunds, warranties, and other matters related to distance retail sales are governed by applicable law and the special sales terms posted on the Website or given to the User at checkout.

10

Services, Works, and the Tourism Section

10.1. The Website may publish information about services and works in construction, IT, tourism, and other areas of the Operator's business.

10.2. Descriptions of works and services, project examples, indicative prices, timelines, stages, and results on the Website are for general information and do not exhaustively specify the terms of performance unless expressly provided by a separate offer, contract, or other binding document.

10.3. Submitting an enquiry, contact form, consultation request, project discussion request, or similar message does not of itself automatically create a contract.

10.4. For individual business areas, the Operator may apply specific procedures for agreeing the scope, cost, schedule, performance stages, payment, acceptance, issue of documents, and other terms.

10.5. If the tourism section contains links, redirect buttons, or other access to external sites, services, or resources, further use of them is governed by the documents and terms of their respective owners and providers.

10.6. Before entering a separate contract or confirming an order or reservation, the Operator may request additional information, documents, company details, contact information, proof of identity or authority, project details, site location, or other data needed to prepare an offer and assess feasibility.

11

Technical Support and Feedback

11.1. Users may contact the Operator through Website forms, email, chat, telephone, support interfaces, and other channels expressly specified on the Website.

11.2. When contacting the Operator, Users must provide accurate contact information and communicate without insults, threats, spam, harmful attachments, or bad-faith demands.

11.3. The Operator may protect contact forms using hidden fields, time-based traps, rate limits, spam filtering, IP address and user-agent logs, timestamps, submission history, and other legally permitted measures against automated or abusive messages.

11.4. Support responses are provided within a reasonable period, taking into account workload, contact channel, complexity, weekends and public holidays, and the need to involve specialists, sellers, contractors, employers, or other third parties.

11.5. An enquiry does not oblige the Operator to enter into a contract, give a discount, provide a service not required by law or contract, or accept terms unilaterally proposed by the User.

12

User Content, Documents, and Files

12.1. By submitting CVs, enquiries, messages, documents, comments, reviews, images, files, links, company details, or other materials through the Website, Users grant the Operator the right to use them to the extent necessary to process the enquiry, review an application, fulfil a request, communicate with the User, moderate content, defend the Operator's rights, comply with law, and provide the relevant service.

12.2. Users retain their rights to User Content that belongs to them and warrant that they have all necessary rights, consents, and permissions to submit it to the Operator through the Website.

12.3. Users grant the Operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, reproduce, technically process, convert formats, display, transmit to authorized persons, and otherwise use User Content to the extent required for operation of the Website and the relevant service.

12.4. The Operator is not obliged to review each message, review, file, or other User Content in advance but may do so voluntarily. The Operator may reject, hide, or delete Content without prior notice if it considers it unlawful, inappropriate, harmful, inaccurate, infringing third-party rights, or inconsistent with the Website's purpose.

12.5. If the Website offers reviews, comments, ratings, chats, forums, publication forms, or other public posting tools, Users must use them in good faith and in compliance with Russian law. The Operator may establish additional use and moderation rules for such tools by publishing them on the Website and/or incorporating them into a revised Agreement.

13

Intellectual Property

13.1. All exclusive rights to the Website, source code, database structure, Content, texts, images, design, visual elements, logos, trademarks, selection and arrangement of materials, and other intellectual property published on the Website lawfully belong to the Operator and/or other rights holders.

13.2. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Website for personal, informational, consumer, recruitment, business, or internal corporate purposes that do not conflict with this Agreement or law.

13.3. Any use of Website materials beyond its ordinary functionality requires prior written permission from the Operator or other rights holder, unless expressly permitted by law.

13.4. Users may not remove copyright or trademark notices or notices of legal protection, pass off Website Content as their own product, or use it to mislead third parties.

13.5. Publishing User reviews, applications, messages, files, images, or other material on the Website does not transfer any exclusive rights in the Operator's Website elements to the User.

14

Personal Data, Cookies, and Technical Information

14.1. Personal data processing is governed by the Personal Data Processing Policy published on the Website. The User understands and agrees that certain Website activities inherently require processing their data to operate the Website, comply with law, enter and perform contracts, ensure security, and communicate with the User.

14.2. Depending on the Website functions used, the Operator may process information provided directly by Users on registration, ordering, enquiries, job applications, or other Website services, as well as technical data generated during Website use. The composition, purposes, legal grounds, procedures, and retention periods are specified in the Personal Data Processing Policy published on the Website.

14.3. Website use may automatically generate IP addresses, cookies, session identifiers, access times, data about pages and sections visited, actions taken, request parameters, and other technical data necessary for Website operation, security, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and analysis.

14.4. The Operator may use cookies, localStorage, pixels, technical markers, and similar technologies for authentication, preference storage, security, analytics, statistics, interface improvement, conversion measurement, and personalization to the extent permitted by law.

14.5. Restricting cookies, localStorage, JavaScript, external scripts, images, network requests, or other technical components may cause certain Website functions to malfunction or become unavailable.

14.6. The Operator may record acceptance of this Agreement and other legally significant documents, including document version, date, time, IP address, user-agent, and other technical data required to demonstrate proper acceptance by the User.

15

Restrictions and Prohibitions

15.1. Users must not compromise Website security, overload infrastructure, submit knowingly false or mass enquiries, artificially distort statistics, simulate orders, or interfere with registration, support, authentication, vacancies, catalogue, analytics, delivery, payment, or other Website mechanisms.

15.2. Users must not attempt to access accounts, information, interfaces, administration panels, tokens, or restricted sections beyond their assigned role and access rights.

15.3. Users must not use the Website for activities infringing consumer rights or breaching laws on advertising, competition, information, personal data, employment, intellectual property, or other mandatory requirements.

15.4. Users must not use the Website to distribute unwanted information, collect other persons' personal data, advertise unlawful goods, works, or services, or take actions capable of causing reputational, financial, technical, or legal harm to the Operator.

15.5. Upon discovering violations, the Operator may without notice restrict Website or feature access, cancel orders, reject enquiries, remove Content, block accounts, report information to competent authorities, and take other measures to protect its rights.

16

External Services, Links, and Integrations

16.1. External services and integrations may be used or added to the Website, including payment solutions, analytics, maps, email services, chats, authentication systems, CRM, ERP, recruitment platforms, delivery services, cloud storage, and advertising tools.

16.2. Where Users follow an external link, use a third-party service, pay through an external interface, upload a file to an external service, open a map, or use a widget, catalogue, contact button, or other external solution, their use may also be governed by that third party's rules.

16.3. The Operator does not fully or continuously control third-party website or service content and is not liable for its accuracy, security, availability, data handling policies, or the consequences of use except as expressly required by law.

16.4. Unless expressly stated otherwise on the Website, a link to an external resource does not indicate endorsement by the Operator of that resource's content, goods, services, vacancies, policies, or practices.

17

Website Availability and Disclaimer of Warranties

17.1. The Website and its functions are provided as actually available to Users at the time of use, unless Russian law or a separate contract expressly provides otherwise.

17.2. The Operator takes reasonable measures to keep the Website operational but does not warrant uninterrupted, continuous, entirely secure, virus-free or error-free operation, or compatibility with all devices, browsers, operating systems, and third-party services.

17.3. Temporary interruptions, maintenance, updates, errors, provider restrictions, hosting provider actions, power failures, DDoS attacks, blocking, force majeure, and other matters beyond the Operator's reasonable control do not constitute a breach of this Agreement.

17.4. The Operator does not guarantee that Website use, articles, project examples, vacancies, catalogue, analytics, recommendations, or services will achieve any particular commercial, recruitment, tourism, investment, construction, technical, or other result.

18

Limitation of Liability

18.1. The Operator is liable only for obligations expressly imposed by Russian Federation law and/or a separate agreement concluded with the User.

18.2. To the fullest extent permitted by Russian Federation law, the Operator is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, loss of data or business reputation, downtime, loss of orders, customers or enquiries, or other adverse consequences arising from use or inability to use the Website, unless Russian law expressly requires otherwise.

18.3. The Operator is not responsible for acts of banks, payment systems, delivery services, postal services, employers, sellers, contractors, carriers, recruitment platforms, communications providers, external integration developers, or other third parties unless required by law or a separate contract.

18.4. Users are individually responsible for the accuracy and correctness of information provided during registration, checkout, contact form or support enquiries, and submissions of CVs, applications, files, banking details, delivery addresses, or other data through the Website, and for the consequences of decisions made on the basis of information published on the Website.

18.5. Nothing in this Agreement limits consumer rights or excludes liability which cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under mandatory legal provisions.

19

Force Majeure

19.1. The parties are released from liability for full or partial non-performance under this Agreement where caused by force majeure circumstances that the relevant party could neither foresee nor prevent by reasonable measures.

19.2. Such circumstances may include natural disasters, fires, floods, earthquakes, epidemics, military actions, terrorist acts, riots, sanctions, governmental measures, telecommunications failures, blocking, major infrastructure disruptions, actions of providers and hosting services, power outages, cyberattacks, and other extraordinary events.

19.3. Performance deadlines are extended proportionately for the period of force majeure unless the nature of an obligation or mandatory law requires otherwise.

20

Amendments to this Agreement

20.1. The Operator may amend, supplement, update, or replace this Agreement at any time without individual prior notice to Users unless law expressly requires such notice.

20.2. A revised Agreement takes effect upon publication on the Website unless a different effective date is stated in the revision.

20.3. Continued use of the Website after a revision is published constitutes acceptance of that revision. Users who do not agree must stop using the Website.

20.4. The Operator may additionally record which version registered Users accepted and, where necessary, require them to reaffirm acceptance of a revised version before accessing certain Website functions.

21

Discontinuing Website Use and Blocking Access

21.1. Users may discontinue use of the Website at any time.

21.2. Users seeking account deletion, termination of Personal Account use, withdrawal of consent to optional communications, or exercise of other rights may contact the Operator using the details on the Website and/or in the Personal Data Processing Policy, subject to legal restrictions and mandatory record-retention requirements.

21.3. The Operator may terminate or restrict any User's access to the Website wholly or partly, including for breach of this Agreement, Russian law or third-party rights, security threats, spamming, false information, abuse of services, or other situations requiring protection of the legitimate interests of the Operator, other Users, or third parties.

21.4. Termination of Website access or deletion of an account does not automatically terminate existing contracts, payment duties, confidentiality obligations, intellectual-property obligations, or other obligations that by their nature survive the end of Website use.

22

Dispute Resolution

22.1. The parties will seek to resolve disputes and disagreements arising from or relating to this Agreement through negotiation and exchange of written communications.

22.2. Before commencing court proceedings, a User who is not acting as a consumer must submit a written complaint to the Operator at the postal and/or email address stated in its details or on the Website. Unless Russian law specifies another period, the complaint must be reviewed within 30 (thirty) calendar days after receipt.

22.3. Consumer disputes are resolved in accordance with Russian Federation law. A pre-court complaint is required only where Russian law expressly makes it mandatory.

22.4. If no agreement is reached, disputes with non-consumer Users are heard by a court at the Operator's registered location unless Russian law or an agreement between the parties provides otherwise. Consumer disputes are heard under the jurisdiction rules established by Russian Federation law.

23

Governing Law

23.1. This Agreement and its formation, performance, interpretation, amendment, and termination are governed by Russian Federation law, subject to mandatory provisions of other applicable law.

23.2. Where particular relations with a User fall under special rules on consumer protection, distance selling, personal data, employment, tourism services, intellectual property, or another regulated area, the relevant mandatory provisions apply regardless of the wording of this Agreement.

24

Final Provisions

24.1. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.

24.2. Failure by the Operator to act against a User's breach does not waive its right to take action later to protect its rights and legitimate interests.

24.3. Section headings are provided solely for convenience and do not affect interpretation of this Agreement.

24.4. This Agreement is drafted in Russian. Where a translation is provided, the Russian-language version prevails unless the Operator expressly states otherwise.

24.5. This Agreement comes into force on the publication date stated in this revision and applies to Users from the moment they begin using the Website after that date.
