DensTop PM 605 Flow — is three-component cement-polyurethane self-leveling colored mortar water-based. Developed for installation of seamless smooth coating with excellent chemical resistance and resistance to abrasion, mechanical and thermal shock.
✓Industrial coating for petroleum refining, pharmaceutical, food and other enterprises with increased requirements to chemical resistance and mechanical strength.
✓Coating floors, under action of thermal impact and cyclic loads at spills hot liquids, high working temperatures, freezing and etc.
✓Industrial flooring requiring very high chemical resistance to detergents, oils, dilute alkali and acid solutions, hydrocarbons and other aggressive compounds.
✓Wide temperature range operation: from -25°C to +70°C.
✓High mechanical strength, including compressive strength, abrasion resistance, resistance to impact loading and mechanical cleaning.
✓Excellent chemical resistance, higher than epoxy systems.
✓Can be used on new concrete substrates, after 7 days after installation of, and on slightly damp surfaces (to 8%).
✓Can be applied with a thickness from 4 to 6 mm depending from requirements to finished coating.
