DensTop PM 605 Trowel is a three-component, water-based, colored cement-polyurethane mortar for seamless, slip-resistant flooring with excellent chemical, abrasion, mechanical impact and thermal shock resistance.
✓Industrial flooring in oil-refining, pharmaceutical, food-processing and other facilities with increased requirements for chemical resistance and mechanical strength.
✓Flooring subjected to thermal shock and cyclic loading during steam cleaning, spills of hot liquids, exposure to high operating temperatures, freezing and similar conditions.
✓Slip-resistant flooring in wet areas, liquid-filling and draining zones, and sloped forklift traffic areas.
✓Industrial flooring requiring very high chemical resistance to detergents, oils, dilute alkali and acid solutions, hydrocarbons and other aggressive compounds.
✓Wider service-temperature range than epoxy coatings: from -40°C to +150°C.
✓Can be steam-cleaned when the layer thickness exceeds 9 mm.
✓High mechanical strength, including compressive strength, abrasion resistance, resistance to impact loading and mechanical cleaning.
✓Excellent chemical resistance, greater than that of epoxy flooring systems.
✓Can be applied to new concrete after 7 days and to slightly damp surfaces (up to 8%).
✓Can be applied at varying thicknesses to meet the finished coating requirements.
✓Forms a seamless coating without cold joints.
✓Rapid setting.
✓Environmentally friendly: non-toxic, solvent-free and non-flammable.
