Underground parking repair and waterproofing
The underground parking work covered the walls and floor, including structural junctions and wall cracks. Cleaning and preparation were followed by thixotropic repair mortar and penetrating waterproofing treatment. Injection grouting of construction joints was a separate operation documented for this project.

The photographs show the area before and after the listed work. The solution for another property depends on its condition and operating environment.
Work completed
- Cleaning and preparation of wall and floor surfaces
- Opening up and filling cold joints at floor/wall interfaces and cracks in walls with a thixotropic repair compound
- Grinding and treating floor and wall surfaces with a penetrating waterproofing compound
- Injection sealing of cold joints
For a similar property
This example combines surface treatment with local work on joints. Injection grouting of construction joints is explicitly included in the recorded scope. The work therefore extends beyond simply applying a coating to the walls and floor.
- Where are water marks visible: on the surface, in a crack or at the wall-to-floor junction?
- Can the work area be cleared, and which parking areas must remain accessible?
- Are plans, past repair records and photographs taken during leakage available?
